Team Kozen is a fast-growing influencer management agency representing top digital creators across North America. We're hiring a Talent & Campaign Coordinator to support campaign execution, events, and internal operations. This is a great entry point into influencer marketing with a clear path to becoming a Talent Manager.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: Own post-sale execution — timelines, briefs, content reviews, brand comms, and reporting.
- Events & Gifting: Coordinate product seeding, RSVPs, and event logistics.
- Internal Support: Maintain creator/brand lists, organize assets, support projects, and keep tools up to date.
We’re Looking For
We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Great with written communication and managing timelines
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Folk, Google Drive
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and pop culture
